RTCI’s Center for Active and Retired Community collected 35 Blizzard Boxes on behalf of Meals on Wheels. Blizzard Boxes are distributed to the elderly. They contain nonperishable food items that they can prepare on their own in case the weather prevents the volunteers from delivering their meals. This is the 5th year that we participated in that drive.
