Rockland Teachers’ Center is a NYS Teacher Center! NYS Teacher Centers provide educators with customized professional learning to prepare students for a changing tomorrow.
NYS Teacher Centers funding supports:
Culturally Responsive Education and Culturally Diverse Learners
Developing programs that address school culture, including racial and social justice issues
Safe and Secure Learning Environments
Creating and maintaining safe, secure and inclusive learning environments for all students
Aligning Technology with Instruction

Providing mentor programs for new educators and facilitating National Board Certification for veteran teachers
