All items MUST be returned to Lori Feeney (845-942-7608) no later than Sept. 1, 2009 for admittance into the Fall Cohort.

1. Complete the application and attach a check for $15.00, made out to The College of New Rochelle.
2. Submit your Personal Statement
3. Submit two (2) letters of recommendation in sealed, signed envelopes.
4. Have all undergraduate and/or graduate transcript(s) sent to Rockland Teachers’ Center Institute.
5. Submit immunization records (if born after 1/1/1957)
6. Submit a Copy of your teaching certification.
7. Read and sign the statement of “Academic Integrity”
8. Complete the Institutional Research Survey
